An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41" [69 x 104 cm]) (Learn More) The Merrie Melodies, the 1932 animated animation cartoon short stock poster ("Great Comedy. Peppy Tunes. Zippy Action."; "A Vitaphone Short Subject Song Cartoon") featuring many images of animated characters. Note that this poster was created before Warner Brothers began to create its most memorable characters such as Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, and Porky Pig, and so the cartoon characters on the poster are not at all remembered today (except by major cartoon buffs). Important Added Info: Note that we have previously auctioned four examples of this one-sheet, but the last one was 17 years ago! Also note that the poster is undated, but it has a litho number, and comparing this number to our massive database of litho numbers taken from actual movie posters, we can determine that this poster is almost certainly from 1932! Condition: very good to fine. The poster has small separation at the top and bottom crossfolds and diagonal creases in the blank border at the right ends of the top and bottom folds.
