Tantalizing!... Tempestuous!... Academy Award Winner Simone Signoret as Gina"; "the gesture that marked her Profession from the beginning of time!"; about very different people living in a totalitarian country, who escape into the jungle to start a revolution) starring Simone Signoret (in the title role as Gina), Charles Vanel, Georges Marchal, Michel Piccoli, Tito Junco, and Raul Ramirez NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this is a "country of origin" poster for this partially Mexican movie! Note that this film was directed by the legendary Luis Bunuel, and this is a rare country of origin poster (Bunuel made some of his films in Mexico, as well as some in other countries, notably Spain). Condition: good to very good. The poster has somewhat darkened. There is light rippling and discoloration throughout the poster from exposure to moisture. There are various defects around the edges of the poster, and there is wear and some bits of paper loss along the foldlines and/or crossfolds (more so along the upper horizontal fold and crossfold.) This Mexican poster is somewhat fragile. Mexican posters were printed on a paper stock that often ages very poorly, and also darkens. This poster has darkened somewhat and is more fragile along the foldlines (but of course, any talented restorer could linenback the poster, after which it would look great).
