An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Glass Slide (measures 3 1/4" x 4" [8 x 10 cm]) (Learn More) Zane Grey's Forlorn River, the 1926 John Waters silent romantic love triangle cowboy western (based on the novel by Zane Grey; about an outlaw who is left by his partner to die, and he is nursed back to health by the girlfriend of his best friend, and they fall in love, and after many adventures, they are able to be together) starring Jack Holt, Raymond Hatton, Arlette Marchal, Edmund Burns, and Tom Santschi. Note that this is a "lost" film which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). We have taken a digital photo of each that shows the general condition of the overall slide and holder, and we have also made a digital scan that shows the glass image well, but does not show the holder (except as a dark outline).
