An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Mexican Movie Poster (measures 26 1/2" x 37" [67 x 94 cm]) (Learn More) Sensualidad (literally translates to "Sensuality"), the 1951 Alberto Gout Mexican romantic love triangle crime film noir (about a very sexy saloon singer who gets out of prison on a prostitution charge, and she gets romantically involved with the judge who sentenced her, but along with her boyfriend, she plans on blackmailing him) starring Ninon Sevilla, Fernando Soler, Domingo Soler, Andres Soler, Andrea Palma, Ruben Rojo, Rodolfo Acosta, Bobby Capo, and Kiko Mendive. Also note that the art on this poster is signed "Vargas", but is NOT the famous pin-up artist Alberto Vargas, but rather a Mexican artist whose full name was Juan Antonio Vargas Ocampo! Condition: fair. Note that this Mexican poster is EXTREMELY fragile and there is much tattering and paper loss along the left edge (fortunately, mostly in the border and background). Mexican posters were printed on a paper stock that often ages very poorly, and also darkens. This poster has darkened somewhat and is more fragile along the foldlines (but of course, any talented restorer could linenback the poster, after which it would look great, but it might require fairly extensive restoration).
