An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked Japanese Movie Poster (measures 20" x 28 1/2") (Learn More)

Kokaku Kidotai (released in the U.S. in 1996 as "Ghost in the Shell"), the 1995 Mamoru Oshii Japanese animated animation cartoon anime science fiction (sci-fi) futuristic fantasy action thriller ("People love machines in 2029 A.D."; "Who are you? Who slips into my robot body and whispers to my ghost?"; "It found a voice... Now it needs a body"; "Based on the original manga by Mesamune Shrow") featuring the voices of Atsuko Tanaka, Akio Otsuka, Tamio Oki, Iemasa Kayumi, and Koichi Yamadera and (in the English version) the voices of Richard Epcar, William Frederick, Christopher Joyce, Abe Lasser, Namaki Masakazu, Mitsuru Miyamoto, Simon Prescott, and Mimi Woods
Artist: Hiroyuki Okiura/Teruhisa Tajima
Important Added Info: Note that the poster is on a heavier-than-normal weight paper. Note that this is a rare "country of origin" poster for this Japanese movie! Note that this is an odd image for this movie, since this is not some sexploitation movie, but a futuristic thriller about amazing cyborgs, similar to those in "Blade Runner"; since there is English on this poster, perhaps this image was used to sell the movie outside of Japan, and it may be an export poster.

Condition: fine.
