An Original Vintage 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Burlesque Publicity Still (Learn More) Angelique ("The Femme Fatale of Burlesque") was a burlesque strip tease dancer from the 1960s managed by Sol Goodman. If anyone knows more about this person, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Important Added Info: Note that we have previously auctioned two other publicity photos for this burlesque dancer, and one of those was from this same photo shoot, and it sold for $245! Note that this item contains some nudity, so we have placed a white bar over those areas for those who are bothered by such images. Of course, the actual item does not have the white bars. Also note that many celebrities kept multiple 8" x 10" (or smaller) copies of good publicity images of themselves to sign for fans, and also many memorabilia shops sold such copy stills themselves. While they are not original theater-used stills, they are usually excellent clear copies, with a great shot of that celebrity in their heyday, which, when signed by the celebrity, makes for a wonderful framed picture on any fan's wall! Condition: good. There is some light scuffing scattered in the emulsion, but it is mostly only noticeable when the still is tilted to the light. Otherwise, the still is in nice condition!
