He passed away in 2017 at the age of 89. Important Added Info: This index card has been personally autographed (signed) by Roger Moore! Our consignor obtained this autograph in person at an event Mr. Moore appeared at. He does not have a certificate of authenticity, but we are certain the signature is authentic. Also included is an 8" x 10" still that the index card could be matted and framed together with!
