He had been married to screen actress Cyd Charisse for 60 years until she passed away in 2008, and amazingly, it was a second marriage for both! Some of his most memorable movies include Follow the Fleet, Clash by Night, Till the Clouds Roll By, Ziegfeld Girl, and Poor Little Rich Girl. He passed away in 2012 at the age of 98. Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Tony Martin! The consignor of this autographed item (and a number of other signed items in this auction) is a longtime autograph collector who does not have a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) for this item, but he feels certain it is genuine. Many of the items he has consigned were purchased from an autograph store that was going out of business when the owner retired, and many of the items he has consigned to this set of auctions come from this purchase.
