Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (measures 11" x 14") (Learn More) Dangerous Odds, the 1925 William James Craft silent cowboy western ("Story by William Lester") starring Bill Cody ("'Sparkling with Vim and Vigor'"), Eileen Sedgwick (one of the only true cowgirl stars of the silent era, she had starred in serials for years, and when westerns became popular in the mid-1920s, she starred in several of those), Milton J. Fahrney, Claude Payton, and Monte Collins NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that this is a hand-colored card. In the days of silent movie prior to the invention of good quality full-color printing, studios would have lobby cards printed in black and white and then amazingly would hire women to hand-color the cards one at a time (apparently labor was very cheap at the time)! So, each card is colored slightly differently, and the coloring is never a perfect match. Condition: very good. card has darkened somewhat with age; 2" tear in upper right border as well as 1" tears in the upper left and lower left borders (repaired with tape from the back); small piece off lower left (repaired with tape and a similar colored piece of paper from the back); slightly enlarged tack holes in each corner Learn More about condition grades
