The Strange Love of Martha Ivers, the 1946 Lewis Milestone lawyer legal courtroom romantic love triangle crime film noir ("[Whisper her name]"; "Fate drew them together... And only murder could part them!"; "When these two clash... tension grows tighter and tighter until violence is the only answer!"; "Screenplay by Robert Rossen"; a convoluted story of a woman who killed her aunt as a teenager, and the man who witnessed it blackmailed her into marrying him, and there is an old boyfriend who returns to town and stirs up old events) starring Barbara Stanwyck (in the title role as Martha Ivers), Van Heflin, Lizabeth Scott, Kirk Douglas (billed as "Introducing Kirk Douglas"; in his first movie role, and he is not pictured on the one-sheet), Judith Anderson, Janis Wilson (as the young Martha), and Mickey Kuhn (as the young Walter)

Important Added Info: Note that Kirk Douglas (who does not appear on the movie posters for this, his first movie, appears in two lobby cards, one a stage portrait of the four stars, and the other a portrait of Douglas & Stanwyck!

Condition: very good. Overall, the cards are in nice condition. However there is a 5" tear in the upper right edge of one card as well as some 2" and smaller tears around the edges of some of the other cards (most repaired with tape from the back). There is a tiny mustache on Stanwyck's image in one card as well as some minor creases, smudges, and scuffs throughout each card.
