She had a very difficult private life. She was involved in a home invasion where she was raped, and she courageously went public with it, so that other people could better deal with it. She had uterine cancer, but recovered. Her longtime husband revealed to her that he was gay, and they amicably divorced, and she starred in a TV show with that premise, called "Happily Divorced". Important Added Info: Note that this REPRODUCTION still has been personally autographed (signed) by Fran Drescher! The consignor of this autographed item (and a large number of other signed items in this auction) is a longtime autograph collector who does not have a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) for this item, but he feels certain it is genuine. Many of the items he has consigned were purchased from an autograph store that was going out of business when the owner retired, and many of the items he has consigned to this set of auctions come from this purchase.
