He is 3,000,000 light years from home."; "Written by Melissa Mathison"; nominated for the Best Picture Academy Award) starring Dee Wallace, Peter Coyote, Henry Thomas ("as Elliott"), Drew Barrymore (in her second movie role!), and Robert MacNaughton

Important Added Info: This poster (and eleven others that we are currently auctioning in this part of our December Major Auction) has a wonderful provenance! It comes to us from a man whose relative worked for 20th Century-Fox in the 1970s and early 1980s, and he received many posters during the course of his job. He gave them to his young relative (our consignor), who has carefully preserved them ever since, and now, after all these years, he has given them to us to auction. So each of these posters is a guaranteed original poster, with impeccable provenance! Note that this one-sheet measures 27" x 40 3/4" [69 x 104 cm]. Also note that this is an advance one-sheet (note the "Coming This Summer to a Theatre Near You" at the bottom of the poster).

Condition: good to very good. There is a series of approximately 1-3" creases scattered vertically throughout the center of the poster. It is otherwise in pretty good condition and if after a simple linenbacking the poster will look great!
