An Original Vintage English Magazine (measures 8 3/4" x 12 1/4" [22 x 31 cm]) (Learn More) The Aeroplane ("The Leading Aviation Journal of the World"), an English magazine of the 1930s and 1940s (at least), which was clearly a technical magazine aimed at pilots and people in the aviation industry. The only issue we have ever auctioned is from December 29, 1939, and it has a cover image of a topless woman standing in front of the British flag, and we don't know if that was an aberration or typical of this magazine. If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Important Added Info: Note that this item contains some nudity, so we have placed a white bar over those areas for those who are bothered by such images. Of course, the actual item does not have the white bars. Also note that we have provided a picture of the front cover of the magazine, and pictures of interior two-page spreads (including the table of contents page if there is one; but we didn't make much effort to find the best ones!). These images should greatly help you judge the overall condition of the magazine, and the contents page lets you know exactly what articles and stories are contained in this particular issue.
