An Unfolded French Travel Poster (measures 29 3/4" x 40 3/4" [76 x 104 cm]) (Learn More) Oderen: Vallee De Wildenstein (literally translates to "Oderen: Wildenstein Valley"), the 1920s French train railroad railway travel poster encouraging people to use Chemins de fer d'Alsace et de Lorraine (Alsace and Lorraine Railways) to visit the town of Oderen in the Wildenstein valley. Note that this poster features Charles Greiner artwork of the town and valley. Artist: Charles Greiner Important Added Info: Note that this is an extremely rare poster. We have never auctioned one in all our years of auctioning! Condition: good to very good. The poster was never folded but it was once rolled tightly and it has a "wavy" appearance. It has tiny dot stains in some areas that are mostly only noticeable in the lighter-colored areas of the sky and in the blank borders (and even then they are very faint so the poster does display well from a reasonable viewing distance). There are tiny blank border tears at bottom and lower right and they are backed with conservation tape. The poster displays well as ism but if one chose to have some restoration performed it would look fantastic! Learn More about condition grades
