Garden of Evil, the 1954 Henry Hathaway Mexico cowboy adventure melodrama ("CinemaScope. In the wonder of high-fidelity directional-stereophonic sound"; "From a story by Fred Freiberger and William Tunberg"; about a woman who hires three Americans to go into Mexico and rescue her captured husband) starring Gary Cooper, Susan Hayward, Richard Widmark, Hugh Marlowe, Cameron Mitchell, Rita Moreno, and Victor Manuel Mendoza. Note that this movie bears similarities to Richard Brooks' excellent 1968 movie, "The Professionals", and we wonder if he wasn't inspired by this!
