Date Sold 2/17/2011 Sold For: Login or Register to see sold price. 16 Original Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Movie Stills (Learn More) I Malamondo (released in the U.S. as "Malamondo"), the 1964 Paolo Cavara Italian sexploitation documentary ("Way-Out"; "The eccentrics, the anguished, the confused taking off! A ride on this wide, wild world..."; "Way-out youth...searching for a way out!"; "A frenzied, frantic, fantastic ride on this wide, wild, WORLD!"; "The thrill generation..") narrated by Marvin Miller and featuring death-defying motorcyclists, wild orgies, naked skydiving, and other weird things. Note that this was one of the approximately 100 "sexy nocturne" mondo style documentaries that were produced between 1959 and 1970, mainly in Italy. They are documentaries that include segments of strippers, which allowed them to include nudity that had formerly only been seen in nudist movies. The strippers are shown performing their acts, and there was an attempt to film them artistically. Most of these films contain one or more of the words "world", "night", "sexy", "girls", etc. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: SUPER IMPORTANT! We realize there is an element of gambling to this, but we made no effort to find the best four stills in the lot, and, if you have any willingness to gamble at all, you may find that you get some great stills that were not pictured! Please do NOT bid on this lot unless you can accept that you are only seeing four of the stills. Note that on our larger lots of black and white stills (ones with nine or more in the lot), there are a small number of lots where there may be one or several duplicated stills in the stills not pictured (we only picture four of the stills on most of the black and white lots). We tried to note when some of the stills not pictured were duplicates to the ones that were pictured, but we may not have caught that every time, so please do not bid on the lots of nine or more stills unless you can accept the possibility that there may be some duplicated stills contained in the lot.
