What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good. The poster had paper loss at the top crossfold and small paper loss at the other two crossfolds. It had tears and areas of paper loss scattered down the left and right of the poster, fortunately not affecting much of Rogers' image, but affecting the rest of the poster. Overall, the poster was in fair condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can clearly see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects.
