An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) Robin Hood, the 1922 Allan Dwan silent medieval romantic fantasy adventure melodrama ("Story by Elton Thomas"; based on ancient English legends) starring Douglas Fairbanks Sr. (in the title role as Robin Hood), Alan Hale Sr. (as Little John), Wallace Beery (as King Richard the Lion-Hearted), Sam De Grasse (as Prince John), Enid Bennett (as Lady Marian), William Lowery (as the Sheriff of Nottingham), Willard Louis (as Friar Tuck) and Bud Geary (as Will Scarlett). Of course, this movie was remade in 1938 with Errol Flynn in the lead role, and the movie was retitled to "The Adventures of Robin Hood" (and Alan Hale Sr. amazingly reprises his role of Little John, 16 years after the first time he played the role). Important Added Info: Note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: good to very good. There are pinholes in the corners, with some faint smudges, stains, and creases around the edges, and tiny paper loss in the top left blank corner. Otherwise, the card is in pretty nice condition.
