An Original Vintage Autographed Stage Play Playbill (measures 5 1/2" x 8 1/4" [14 x 21 cm]; 32 pages) (Learn More)

Bob Crane was an actor from the 1950s to the 1970s. he is best remembered in the title role as Colonel Robert E. Hogan in TV's "Hogan's Heroes". He appeared in several Disney movies including Gus and Superdad. He was murdered violently in 1979 at the age of 49, and for many years, his death remained a mystery. It was later discovered he had a bizarre secret sex life, and that his best friend likely killed him! The story of his double life and his death was profiled in Paul Schrader's "Auto Focus" in 2002, starring Greg Kinnear and Willem Dafoe.
Important Added Info: Note that this item has been personally autographed (signed) by Bob Crane! Our consignor is a very longtime collector of movie paper who purchased this item years ago, and it was signed, but he doesn't know how the signature was obtained, and he (and we) believe it is likely that the autograph is authentic.

Condition: very good. The person who went to the show taped the ticket stub to the first interior page with a small piece of clear tape. The ticket stub has come loose and there is now a yellowed piece of tape in the top corner of that interior page. Otherwise, the playbill is in excellent condition!
