Dark Side of the Rainbow, the 2009 pairing of the classic 1939 film The Wizard of Oz (the 1939 Victor Fleming musical starring Judy Garland, Jack Haley, Bert Lahr, Ray Bolger, Frank Morgan, Margaret Hamilton, and Billie Burke) and the 1973 Pink Floyd album The Dark Side of the Moon, which was held at the Alamo Drafthouse in Austin, Texas on December 26th. The combination of the two works produces moments where the film and the album appear to correspond with each other, but the band states that any relationship between the two is merely a coincidence.
