Note that Alfred Hitchcock used the two taglines "The birds is coming!" and "The birds is here!" on several different types of advertising for this movie, no doubt because he thought it was funny that while it is technically grammatically correct when referring to the movie, they "sound wrong"! Important Added Info: Note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube. Condition: good. There is uneven darkening and some water staining and rippling throughout the poster with some areas at right and lower left lightened from attempts to remove some of the stains. There are pin holes in each corner and there are some creases and smudges scattered throughout (more so along the foldlines and around the edges). This is the sort of poster that responds really well to professional restoration. It is likely that much or all of the darkening and rippling can be removed through chemical means, after which the poster will look fantastic (although I think many collectors could happily display this classic poster on their wall just as it is).
