Award Winners included: Don Ameche, Gloria de Haven, Dale Evans, and many more! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that this ad (which was sent to people to solicit contributions for this event) has been personally autographed (signed) by Jane Withers, Patsy Kelly, Dale Evans, Shirley Jones, Eddie Albert, Marie Windsor, Iris Adrian, Roy Rogers (and Trigger!), Gloria DeHaven, Joan Leslie, Margo, Eleanor Powell, and some other signatures that are difficult to read! Note that the program is blank on the back. Note that our consignor purchased this many years ago, and he does not know how and when the autograph was obtained, but he feels certain it is authentic. Condition: very good. The bottom right of the card is perforated (so that the person who received it could remove the card and return it with a donation) and it is separated in 2" at the lower right.
