An Autographed Deluxe 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] REPRODUCTION Still (Learn More) Robert Florey was a French (born in France, but he spent most of his career in Hollywood) writer and director from the 1920s to the 1950s. Some of his movies included: Tarzan and the Mermaids, The Cocoanuts, Monsieur Verdoux, and he contributed to the script for the 1931 Frankenstein. Florey passed away in 1979 at the age of 78. Important Added Info: Note that this REPRODUCTION still has been personally autographed (signed) by director Robert Florey (it is a 1953 reprinting of a 1921 still showing Florey together with Rudolph Valentino, Jean De Limur, and Douglas Gerard)! Our consignor is a longtime dealer who acquired this signed item among many other purchases in his inventory, and he does not have a certificate of authenticity, but we believe the signature to likely be authentic. Also note that this is a deluxe still printed on double weight paper stock. As is true of all the signed items we are currently auctioning, we give every buyer 30 days in which to review what they purchased and they can return any item as long as it is within 30 days of the end of the auction.
