Call of the Wild, the 1923 Fred Jackman silent Alaska Yukon canine sled dog adventure thriller ("From the famous dog story"; produced by Hal Roach and based on the famous novel by Jack London; about an incredible dog named Buck that is the best sled dog in the Yukon, but ends up leading a pack of wolves) starring Jack Mulhall, Walter Long, Sidney D'Albrook, Laura Roessing, Frank Butler, and Lassie Lou Ahern. Note that this is the very first movie adaptation of Jack London's most famous story (London had died only a few years before this film was made).

Condition: very good. small paper loss in the right blank border of the card with the man with the club (see the image below); small red smudges in the upper center of the image background in the card with the man with the rock; light smudges and scuffs throughout both cards; tack holes in each corner
