In 1922, Miss Noblette married Tim Ryan, and they formed a vaudeville act called "Tim and Irene" (she had been in show business for ten years by that point!). In the 1930s, they did a series of movies for Educational Pictures, and later some for Monogram. They had no children and were divorced in 1942. She toured with Bob Hope in his shows and appeared on his radio program for two years. She resumed her acting career in B-movies, and she made a few TV appearances. She was divorced a second time in 1961, and the following year, she got the role of a lifetime when she was cast as "Granny" on TV's "The Beverly Hillbillies". She passed away in 1973 at the age of 70. Important Added Info: Note that these stills all feature a specific actor or actress (sometimes portraits, but often in a scene from a movie that they were in). They come from the collection of Ken Jones, who was an author of many books about old-time actors, including many character actors. He collected on all the stars that he enjoyed, and this is a rare opportunity to get a number of stills at one time from this specific star! Condition: good to very good.
