Kaufman and Katharine Dayton"; about a woman who is married to the Secretary of State and the granddaughter of a President, and she wants her husband to become the next President, and she throws lots of parties and tries to gain influence for him, but she has a rival who is married to a Supreme Court Justice who has similar plans for her husband; based on the play by George S. Kaufman & Katharine Dayton) starring Kay Francis, Preston Foster, Anita Louise, Walter Connolly, Verree Teasdale, Victor Jory, Louise Fazenda, Harry Davenport, and Marjorie Gateson
