An Original Vintage Theatrical Danish Movie Program (measures 5 3/4" x 8 1/4" [15 x 21 cm]; 8 pages) (Learn More) The Love Master, the 1924 Laurence Trimble silent German Shepherd canine dog romantic melodrama ("When three is not a crowd") starring Strongheart (a German shepherd dog who was the equal of Rin Tin Tin in early silent movies, but is sadly forgotten today by all but the most dedicated of movie buffs), Lady Jule (another German shepherd canine actor), Lillian Rich, Harold Austin, Hal Wilson, and Walter Perry NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that most Danish programs from after around 1948 measured approximately 4 3/4" x 6". However, most of the ones from before that time were a larger size (usually around 5 3/4" x 8") and usually had a lot more pages than those from after 1948 (however, some of the ones made during World War II are a smaller size and have few pages, no doubt due to paper shortages). In addition, most of the "pre-War" Danish programs are FAR more rare than programs from after World War II, no doubt because they were destroyed during the huge paper shortages during World War II. Also note that we have pictured the front and back covers and an interior 2-page spread from this program. Condition: good to very good. The program was once in a bound volume and there is tiny paper loss in several places in the spine, where it was once attached to the bound volume. Learn More about condition grades
