That means it has been mounted onto Japanese rice paper and then onto a sturdy linen backing. This process (when done by a talented professional) eliminates the foldlines, preserves the poster, and allows the restorer to touch up any minor defects, so that the poster looks great, and is easy to frame. Linenbacking for a one-sheet typically costs $100 or more, and linenbacking for a three-sheet typically costs around $200 or more. Also note that this poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking with fold and border wear.
