Artist: Luigi Martinati Important Added Info: Note that we have never before auctioned this Italian locandina! Italian posters from the first few years after World War II are among the most rare posters there are! Apparently, there were still major paper shortages in Italy, and few posters were printed, and most were recycled. This is an extremely rare first release Italian poster from 1948. Also note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube. Condition: very good. The top blank border was trimmed off, and someone glued paper from a different poster to that area. This must have happened decades ago, because the poster was then reused, and a tiny tax stamp was put in the middle of the top border. Other than the above, the poster is in nice condition!
