It had a great deal of scuffing scattered throughout, and it is quite noticeable. It had faint stains and tears around the edges, with paper loss in the bottom left corner. Overall, the poster was in fair condition prior to paperbacking. The restorer backed the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did not do restoration to the defects described above.
