Artist: Ale Important Added Info: This Spanish poster measures approximately 27" x 39" and is linenbacked. Condition: very good. This poster was linenbacked, and one of the following is true: either the poster had very minor defects, and was well backed, OR it had more significant defects, but they were well restored, OR it had some minor defects that were not completely restored, and are somewhat noticeable. You can tell which of the above is the case for this particular poster by reading our "pre-restoration" description and also by looking at our "super-sized" image of the actual poster (we are the only major auction company we know of that gives accurate detailed pre-restoration information about linenbacked posters to our bidders, but we wish everyone did!). The poster had a small circular hole at the very top center of the image. There was a tiny hole at the top crossfold. There were small tears, creases, smudges, and some stains around the edges of the poster and a few in the light background areas. The poster is well linenbacked but the person who did so pretty much just mounted the poster and left the minor defects alone. They are not very noticeable or distracting, but if they bothered the new owner of the poster, a talented restorer could touch them up without rebacking the poster. Learn More about condition grades
