Note that this movie was decades before its time, especially in the use of complicated flashbacks and special effects. The director, Victor Sjostrom, was also the star, and of course, Ingmar Bergman idolized him and his movies, and was greatly influenced in making his own movies by watching Sjostrom's, and he had Sjostrom star in his classic "Wild Strawberries"! Important Added Info: Note that glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). This slide is the kind that has two panes of glass that are taped together with black tape around all four edges (front and back), typical of many older glass slides. We have provided a high quality scan of the image, but we have not taken a photo of the slide, because there would really be very little to see! Condition: very good to fine.
