La Loi Du Nord (released in English-speaking countries as "Law of the North"), the 1939 Jacques Feyder French Canada murder romantic love triangle melodrama (about a businessman who kills his wife's lover and then runs off with his secretary and hides in the frozen north, posing as filmmakers) starring Michele Morgan, Pierre Richard-Willm, Charles Vanel, Max Michel, Jean Bradin, Henri Guisol, Jean Wall, Jean Brochard, Arlette Marchal, and Jacques Terranne
NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.
If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
Important Added Info: Note that we have never before auctioned this German poster! Also note that this poster is linenbacked, and normally we would send linenbacked posters rolled in a tube, but because this is a very small poster, and because rolling it might caused it to have creases, we intend to send it in a flat package instead (however, if the purchaser of this poster also purchases other linen posters, and absolutely wants us to send it rolled with those other linens, we will do so).

What IS linenbacking? Learn More

Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster was never folded. It had some creases and scuffs scattered in the image, with small pencil numbers in the left of the top border. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The restorer backed the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did not do restoration to the defects described above.
