An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More)

The Haunted House, the 1928 Benjamin Christensen horror comedy ("Packed to the rafter with thrills"; about people gathering at a house to hear the reading of a will; a plot that would be reused many many times!) starring Chester Conklin, Thelma Todd, Larry Kent, Edmund Breese, Montagu Love (as the Mad Doctor), Sidney Bracey, William V. Mong, Barbara Bedford, and Flora Finch. Note that this is a "lost" film which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist.

Important Added Info: Note that we have previously auctioned seven lobby cards from this movie, but we have never before auctioned THIS card! We are also currently auctioning a different scene card from this movie in a separate auction, and we had also never auctioned that one either! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has.

Condition: good. The card was folded down the middle and the right half has aged differently from the left half, but it is mostly noticeable in the borders, where there are some stains and smudges. The card has light rippling scattered in the left and right. Obviously, this incredibly rare card can be restored, but bear in mind its condition before bidding.
