a lot of 1 set of 12 Peanuts prints. Peanuts is a syndicated daily and Sunday American comic strip written and illustrated by Charles M. Schulz that ran from 1950 to 2000 (continuing in reruns afterward). Peanuts is among the most popular and influential in the history of comic strips, and ran in over 2,600 newspapers, with a readership of around 355 million in 75 countries, and was translated into 21 languages. Peanuts focuses on a social circle of young children, where adults exist but are never seen and rarely heard. The series has been adapted into several animated cartoon television (TV) shows and series, musical stage plays, video games, and movies. It features many well-known characters, including: Charlie Brown, Snoopy, Woodstock, Lucy and Linus van Pelt, Peppermint Patty, Franklin, Pig Pen, Sally and many more. Note that the items in this lot are from 1964.
