An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More)

The Merry Cavalier, the 1926 Noel M. Smith (billed as "Noel Mason") silent mistaken identity romantic melodrama ("The sultan of stunts in a typhoon of thrills!") starring Richard Talmadge, Charlotte Stevens, William H. Tooker, Joseph Harrington, and Broderick O'Farrell. Note that Richard Talmadge was born "Sylvester Alphonse Metz", and he was an acrobat with the Barnum and Bailey Circus. He got a job in Hollywood as a stuntman for Douglas Fairbanks Sr., and then graduated to starring in movies, always performing lots of stunts. He had two acrobat brothers, Otto Metzetti and Victor Metz, who appeared with him in some of his movies.

Important Added Info: Note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has.

Condition: fair to good. There is staining in the top of the card, and one stain runs into Talmadge's hair and forehead. Other than the staining, the card is in pretty nice condition. Note that this lobby card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back!
