What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had small paper loss at the crossfolds and tiny tears, small paper loss, and separation on parts of most foldlines. Someone put tape on the back of all the foldlines. There were also pinholes, tears, and paper loss around the edges. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects. Learn More about condition grades
