An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked Style A One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41") (Learn More) Let's Go to the Movies, the 1949 motion picture movie history short documentary ("Produced in cooperation with the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences", the organization that gives out the Academy Awards). Note that the poster for this short (designed to encourage people to go to movies) has seven scenes from classic motion pictures, including Charlie Chaplin in "Easy Street", and Al Jolson in blackface from "The Jazz Singer" NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: very good. The poster had tiny paper loss at the top crossfold and some minor fold wear. There was a tiny stain in the red background between the "s" and "G" of "Let's Go" in the title, and some pinholes and tiny tears in the borders.
