An Original Vintage Italian Magazine (measures 8" x 10 3/4" [20 x 27 cm]; 36 pages) (Learn More) Marlene Dietrich was a very popular German actress and singer from the 1920s through the 1950s! She started in German movies in the 1920s, and then got her big break in Josef von Sternberg's "The Blue Angel", which was made in both a German and an English version. That led to a series of wonderful movies with von Sternberg. Some of her other movies include: Destry Rides Again, Shanghai Express, The Scarlet Empress, A Foreign Affair, Morocco (nominated for the Best Actress Academy Award for this film), Blonde Venus, Touch of Evil, Witness for the Prosecution, and Judgment at Nuremberg. She passed away in 1992 at the age of 90. Important Added Info: Note that included with this special issue was an 8" x 10" sepia photo printed on better quality paper than the magazine, featuring Dietrich with a veil (we have pictured this 8x10). Note that we have provided a picture of the front cover of the magazine, plus one or more interior two-page spreads (but we didn't make much effort to find the best ones!). These images should greatly help you judge the overall condition of the magazine and the interior spreads help you to judge the contents of the magazine.
