An Original Vintage Linenbacked One-Sheet Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41" [69 x 104 cm]) (Learn More)

Warner Bros. 2 Reel Technicolor Special, the 1949 stock poster ("Extra!") for theatres playing Warner Brothers' two-reel shorts such as sports coverage, travel documentaries, and other special interests. Note that the poster shows images of the Statue of Liberty, people playing football and skiing, jets, and more. If anyone knows more about this poster, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and pretty minor fold wear. It had pinholes in the corners, with tiny paper loss in the top right blank corner, where pins were removed. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The restorer backed the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did little restoration to the defects described above.
