Speed the Day, the 1945 U.S. World War II (WWII) War Bond poster ("7th war loan") encouraging citizens to buy war bonds, and featuring artwork of a mother hugging her soldier son.

Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster had two evenly spaced vertical folds, with tiny paper loss at two of the crossfolds and some minor border wear. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The restorer backed the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did not do restoration to the defects described above.
