Picture star, Co-Stared with Ethel Waters in Rufus Jones For President"! Also in the show were Will Maston ("Colored Geo. M. With all these top stars, it is no wonder this show was billed as "America's Greatest Colored Spectacle". This show was intended to promote a series of shorts that Sammy Davis was to make for Warner Brothers, but none of the proposed shorts were ever made, except for the first, "Rufus Jones for President", which was made in 1933.
