Important Added Info: Note that this Italian photobusta measures 18" x 27" and is linenbacked. Condition: good. This poster was linenbacked, but it was either NOT linenbacked by a very talented restorer, or it was linenbacked many years ago, and has received rough handling over the years, or it had fairly major defects that were not restorated at all. If it was restored, you can see signs of the restoration even from a distance. This is a poster that would greatly benefit from additional professional restoration. See below for its pre-restoration defects (we are the only major auction company we know of that gives accurate detailed pre-restoration information to our bidders, but we wish everyone did!). The photobusta was in pretty nice condition EXCEPT that there are many scuffs across the top of the poster including a couple that extend into the space men. There are extra creases across the center of the poster and there are two areas (one in the upper left and one in the lower right) where there is a series of holes punched in the form of numbers. The person who linenbacked the poster just mounted the poster and left the defects alone. If they bother the new owner of the poster, a talented restorer could touch them up without rebacking the poster. Learn More about condition grades
