Artist: Ken Sawyer Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: fair to good. The poster was apparently displayed behind chicken wire (some movie theater frames had chicken wire in them to hold the poster in place!), and the poster had "chicken wire-like" darkening scattered throughout many parts of the poster. It also had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and some creases, small tears, and tiny paper loss . Overall, the poster was in fair condition prior to linenbacking. The person who backed the poster appears to have done slight restoration to some of odd darkening described above, but mostly it was left as it is. From a distance, it is not that distracting, but the closer you get to the poster, the more clearly you see it, so please bear in mind this significant defect before bidding on this poster.
