An Original Vintage Theatrical Unfolded Japanese "B1" Movie Poster (29x41; measures 28 1/2" x 40 1/2" [72 x 103 cm]) (Learn More) Kurenai no Buta (released in the U.S. in 1994 as "Porco Rosso"), the 1992 Hayao Miyazaki Japanese Studio Ghibli anime animated action adventure fantasy cartoon (about a 1920s bush pilot who looks like a humanoid pig!) featuring the voices of Shuichiro Moriyama, Tokiko Kato, Sanshi Katsure, Tsunehiko Kamijo, and Akemi Okamura NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that we have only auctioned this poster once before in 2014 and it sold for $600! Note also that this is a "country of origin" poster for this Japanese movie! Also note that this is a rare Japanese "B1" poster that measures 28 1/2" x 40 1/2" [72 x 103 cm]! "B1" posters are FAR more rare than "B2" posters (which measure approximately 20" x 28 1/2"), and because they are larger (similar in size to a U.S. one-sheet), they are more impressive when displayed on a wall! Condition: good. The poster has tiny pinholes in each corner. It has several creases around the edges, especially along the right edge and there are a few light scuffs within the image (but the image area is mostly in pretty nice condition.) However, see our super-sized image to get a good sense of the condition of this rare poster prior to placing a bid and please do not bid unless you can accept the defects described above.
