Reformatory, the 1938 Lewis D. Collins juvenile delinquency detention center crime prison jail melodrama ("Will these boys behind bars today be killers behind guns tomrorow?"; "America's kid convicts run amuck!"; apparently, this was a Columbia Studios attempt to cash in on the then-red-hot "Dead End Kids" movies, and perhaps they had plans to launch their own series, but I don't know about that; if anyone knows more about this movie, please e-mail us and we will post it here) starring Jack Holt, Bobby Jordan (best remembered as one of the original Dead End Kids; "Star of 'Crime School'"), Charlotte Wynters, Grant Mitchell, Frankie Darro, Ward Bond, and Tommy Bupp
