An Original Vintage Theatrical Autographed Deluxe 11 1/4" x 14" [29 x 36 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Janis Carter was an actress from the 1940s to the 1950s. Some of her movies include: Miss Grant Takes Richmond, I Married an Angel, Lady of Burlesque, and Framed. She passed away in 1994 at the age of 80. Important Added Info: Note that this still (which has a great image of Carter when she played an uncredited harem girl in 1945's "A Thousand and One Nights") has been personally autographed (signed) by Janis Carter! Note that our consignor purchased this item (along with several other signed items that we are currently auctioning) from a man who wrote to celebrities in the 1940s and 1950s, requesting that they donate a signed photo as a prize at a winter carnival that he ran where the proceeds went to charity, and many of the celebrities sent him signed photos! Also note that this still measures 11 1/4" x 14" [29 x 36 cm]. Finally, note that this is a deluxe still printed on double weight paper stock. Condition: very good. There are staple holes in the top and tiny paper loss in the bottom blank corners. It has two punch holes at the right, perhaps indicating it was a key book still. Learn More about condition grades
