Heaven Knows, Mr. Allison, the 1957 John Huston World War II (WWII) military religious Catholic nun stranded-on-a-deserted-island romantic melodrama ("They were alone on this Pacific Island... Trapped behind enemy lines... The marine who had been thru Hell and Sister Angela with her supreme faith in God"; "Based on the novel by Charles Shaw"; about a Marine who falls for a nun while on an island in the South Pacific, but she remains dedicated to her faith) starring Deborah Kerr (nominated for the Best Actress Academy Award for this film) and Robert Mitchum (in the title role as Corporal Allison; Kerr and Mitchum are the only credited actors in the movie despite having a cast that portrayed Japanese soldiers!)

THOUGH ONLY EIGHT OF THE STILLS ARE PICTURED, THE HIGH BIDDER ON THIS LOT WILL RECEIVE 40 STILLS FROM THIS MOVIE (but realize that on some of these lots with 9 or more stills there may be a few duplicates, mostly on post-1960 lots)! We realize there is an element of gambling to this, but we made only a small effort to find the best stills in these lots, and, if you have any willingness to gamble at all, you may find that you get some great stills that were not pictured! Please do NOT bid on this lot unless you can accept that you are only seeing eight of the stills.
