An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41") (Learn More) Starlight Over Texas, the 1938 Albert Herman (billed as "Al Herman") singing cowboy western musical starring Tex Ritter, The Northwesterners, Salvatore Damino, Carmen Laroux, Rosa Turich, and 'Snub' Pollard. Note that The Northwesterners were a group of musicians, and they were the only people to receive billing on the poster besides Tex Ritter! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: good to very good. The poster had paper loss at the crossfolds. There were creases, small tears, and small areas of paper loss on parts of the vertical foldline, and there had been tape on the back of much of that foldline. There was similar wear on the bottom foldline, and a much lesser amount on the other two folds. There were creases, tears, and small areas of paper loss around the edges of the poster. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed. You can see signs of the restoration of the above defects from close up, but from any reasonable viewing distance, they are not very distracting at all. Learn More about condition grades
