She has been the subject of numerous stage plays, TV series, and films (including the 1998 Walt Disney animated film "Mulan"). No one knows exactly when she lived or died, however. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that we have seen modern reproductions of Chinese political and propaganda posters which are printed on modern paper stock (which is sometimes artificially "aged"). While the paper stock used for this poster is not modern like the reproductions, we cannot say for certain that it is from the date mentioned in the Auction Title. Please keep this uncertainty in mind when bidding.
UPDATED 04/17/2017: Note that a knowledgeable collector pointed out that this poster features Hua Mulan, and we have updated the auction accordingly. Condition: fair to good.
